  • All pieces (other than lineart only) will have solid color/patterned background of your choice (or transparent, if you so wish)

  • Note: I don't do complicated backgrounds for commissions

  • All pieces are in 300 dpi, minimum 1000 px

  • Maximum of 3 characters per canvas (except chibi which is maximum of 2)

  • Half Body: waist up

  • x2 the price for commercial use

  • Personal Use: profile pictures, headers of personal profiles etc.

  • Commercial Use: reprinting for merch, use in stuff like superchat alerts, posters and advertisements, and other things I may deem commercial (please contact me if there are questions about this)

  • Use in training AI, use in association with blockchains and NFT is not allowed.

  • Complicated details may be subjected to additional payment

Terms

  • Payment will be via Paypal, VGen, Ko-Fi or GCash(local)

  • No refunds after approving the sketch

  • Commission is digital only, no physical item will be sent

  • Be very clear when saying what type of commission you want

  • Do note that my style may potentially change slightly so don’t expect it being exactly as it is on my samples

  • In addition, AI training using my work is not allowed

  • I can refuse a commission if I feel I wouldn’t be comfortable with it

  • No rush orders, I work on these outside of my other tasks, but it would usually take 3-6 weeks; note that detailed characters (with armor, lots of accessories), and multiple characters will take longer

  • For non-vgen payments: Please provide full payment only after approving the sketch (no further adjustments to the pose after payment but feel free to comment on minor changes)

  • For fanart: I can make and sell prints of these commissions in the future (please mention if you don't want me to)

  • Please credit back to my twitter/tumblr when using my artwork (@SilverAzulight)

  • Reference photos would be nice so that I can understand what you want better

  • Feel free to ask for progress on the piece!

Commission Process

  • Contact me via Twitter (@SilverAzulight), email ([email protected]), or your preferred communication with what type of commission you would like as well as references

  • I’ll accept your commission

  • I’ll provide a sketch and ask if there are any changes needed (I usually have 2 sketches: one for the pose, and one with more details of the character, changes to anything can be done at this time)

  • Sketch is approved and I send an invoice to your Paypal / Send payment to me via GCash / Pay via KoFi

  • Payment is sent, and I’ve confirmed it on my side (after this, no further changes to the pose or major details can be done)

  • I continue sending updates via where you contacted me

  • After I finish the work and you’re happy with it, I either send it to an email you provide or I provide a google drive link (but it may be deleted in the future and you won’t be able to get it from that link anymore)
